The State Office of Information Practices (OIP) is pleased to announce that Governor Josh Green has removed the suspension of the Sunshine Law from the Second Proclamation Relating to Affordable Housing that he issued yesterday.  The Second Proclamation went into effect immediately, so all boards involved in an affordable housing project covered by the proclamation should comply with the Sunshine Law’s requirements.
