Office of Information Practices

The Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind agencies who have not already submitted their FY 2025 UIPA Record Request Logs and FY 2025 Checklist that they were due to OIP from the agency’s Log Coordinator on July 31, 2025. 

 OIP will be issuing its annual report on State and county UIPA Logs in September.  Therefore, late logs must be turned in by August 30.
