Office of Information Practices

The State Office of Information Practices (OIP) has updated its subject-matter index for its formal opinions regarding the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA), which may be accessed through the Opinions page at oip.hawaii.gov.

Only formal opinions are indexed by OIP, with separate indices for UIPA and Sunshine Law cases.  OIP has posted its updated UIPA subject matter index and will be posting an updated Sunshine Law index soon.  Word searches can be conducted on each index to seek relevant formal OIP opinions.
