The Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind all state and county agencies of an important update to our UIPA reporting process: OIP no longer collects semiannual UIPA record request logs effective as of January 2025.  Instead, agencies should continue compiling and maintaining their record request data in their logs throughout the year for submission in the annual log.  The next annual log will be due on July 31, 2026.  No interim submissions are necessary.  Thank you for your continued support in maintaining and submitting these logs.  Please contact OIP at [email protected] or at (808) 586-1400 should you have questions about the log.
