Time for a new Log!  Since the new fiscal year began on July 1, 2018, the Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind agencies to start a new FY 2020 UIPA Record Request Log.  While agencies still have some time to complete record requests that were received through June 30, 2018 and report them on their FY 2019 Logs, please remember to submit the year-end Logs and FY 2019 Checklist through your agency UIPA Coordinator to OIP by July 31, 2019.  Forms, instructions, and other training materials are available on the UIPA Record Request Log Training page at oip.hawaii.gov.
