Governor Josh Green issued today the fourth affordable housing emergency proclamation, which suspends a number of laws but not the Sunshine Law (Part I of Chapter 92, HRS) or the Uniform Information Practices Act (Modified) (Chapter 92F, HRS).  The proclamation is expected to be posted on the Governor’s website at https://governor.hawaii.gov/emergency-proclamations/.
