Unclaimed Property Valuations

Unclaimed property valuation information maintained by the Department of Finance must be made available for public inspection and copying under the UIPA. The disclosure of this information would assist in disbursing the property to its rightful owner and outweighs any privacy interest the property owner may have in the information.
