MAHALO FOR SUBMITTING FY 2018 YEAR-END UIPA RECORD REQUEST LOGSPosted on Jul 30, 2018 in Featured, What's New
The Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to thank the state, county, and independent agencies that submitted their FY 2018 Year-End UIPA Record Request Logs and Checklists to OIP. Special recognition goes to the Office of the County Clerk, Maui County; Corporation Counsel, Hawaii County; and the Department of Human Resources, Hawaii County for being the first three agencies to submit their Logs, even before tomorrow’s July 31 deadline. MAHALO NUI LOA to the agencies that submitted their Logs!
OIP is eager to compare the data from the FY 2018 Logs to the prior years’ results, which are posted on OIP’s Reports page and were used to prepare revisions to OIP’s administrative rules that are under consideration. Before beginning the formal rulemaking process, OIP is continuing to solicit comments on the draft rules, which are posted and explained on OIP’s Rules page at oip.hawaii.gov.
