Happy New Log Year!

Posted on Jun 30, 2022 in Featured, What's New

FY 2022 ends today, so it is time for all state, county, and independent agencies to start a new UIPA Record Request Log for FY 2023.  The Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind agencies to close out their FY 2022 Log and start a new FY 2023 Log for record requests received from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

Agencies can continue to complete and log requests received from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 on their FY 2022 Log until they submit their logs to the agency’s Log Coordinator.  This gives agencies extra time to complete requests received through June 30, 2022 and account for it on their FY 2022 Log.  By July 31, 2022, however, agencies must submit to OIP, through their Log Coordinator, their FY 2022 UIPA Record Request Logs and FY 2022 Checklist Forms, instructions, and other training materials are available on the UIPA Record Request Log Training page at oip.hawaii.gov.

Mahalo, and Happy New Log Year!
