UIPA SEMIANNUAL LOG REPORTS DUE
Posted on Jan 13, 2015 in Featured, What's NewWHAT’S NEW: UIPA SEMIANNUAL LOG REPORTS DUE
The state Office of Information Practices (OIP) would like to remind all state, county, and independent agencies to save a copy of their UIPA Record Request Log data for the semiannual period for record requests received from July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, and to upload the semiannual totals onto the Master Log on data.hawaii.gov by January 31, 2015. Additionally, OIP requests that all departments collect a copy of each agency’s Log and provide them to OIP to review.
To save an electronic copy of their semiannual Log, agencies should use the “save as” function and re-name it as their agency’s FY 2015 semiannual Log. Agencies should continue adding to their original Log for the rest of fiscal year 2015. Annual data for the period from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015 will be collected later this year.
Training on how to enter data or to upload agency totals from the Log can be found on OIP’s training page at oip.hawaii.gov. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected] or call 586-1400.
