With the new year, it won’t be long before the Hawaii State Legislature begins its new session.  To help boards deal with legislative matters, the state Office of Information Practices (OIP) has prepared a new Quick Review: Sunshine Law Option to Address State Legislative Issues and Measures.  This Quick Review provides various practical approaches and options that a Sunshine Law board could take to discuss and submit timely testimony on state legislative issues.
