MEETING CONTINUANCE FORM AND QUICK REVIEW

The State Office of Information Practices has developed a new Notice of Continuance form as well as a Quick Review explaining how meetings may be continued in accordance with the Hawaii Supreme Court’s decision in Kanahele v. Maui County Council The Notice of Continuance of Meeting form and Quick Review:  Continuance of a Meeting Under the Sunshine Law are available on OIP’s forms and training pages at oip.hawaii.gov
