“Aloha” is a word of many meanings and the State Office of Information Practices (OIP) uses it to bid farewell to Linden Joesting, and to welcome back Mimi Horiuchi, who had previously worked as an OIP Staff Attorney for approximately four years.  Aloha, Linden and Mimi!
