In a continuing effort to provide practical assistance that will help board members comply with the Sunshine Law, the State Office of Information Practices (OIP) has created a new “Quick Review: Who Board Members Can Talk To and When,” which was posted July 24, 2013, on OIP’s website training page (under Sunshine Law). This Quick Review is the first in a three-part series that will provide guidance on the Sunshine Law’s requirements.
