The free one-hour course (with one MCPE credit) will discuss the impacts of the Hawaii Supreme Court’s decision in Kanahele v. Maui County Council, OIP’s appeals rules and personal records decision, and the open data legislation. Register online for the course, which will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014, from noon to 1:00 p.m., at the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations’ third floor conference room, Room 310.
