Quick Review of Requesters’ Responsibilities Under the UIPA

The state Office of Information Practices (OIP) has prepared a Quick Review of Requesters’ Responsibilities under the UIPA to provide helpful guidance on how to properly request government records under Hawaii’s Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA).  See “Quick Review:  Requester Has Responsibilities and Requirements Before an Agency Must Provide Records,”  which was posted July 18, 2013, on OIP’s website training page (under Additional UIPA Guidance).
